 Prior to the merging of his law practice with the firm of Frey & McCargar, LLC, Mr. Plock had been a solo practitioner for the past eight years, and for the previous eleven years, he was a partner in the Fort Collins law firm of Bullard, Larsen & Plock, P.C.
Mr. Plock is a Colorado native and has been practicing law in Ft. Collins since he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School in Spokane, Washington, in 1985. He graduated magna cum laude with his Bachelors degree from Adams State College in Alamosa, Colorado in 1980. Mr. Plock has been admitted to the Colorado and the U.S. District Court for Colorado since 1986. He has been qualified as an expert witness on attorney fee related issues in the Larimer County District Courts.
In the twenty-one years that Mr. Plock has been practicing law, his practice has focused on civil litigation. His practice now is exclusively limited to domestic relations cases in the counties along the Colorado Front Range, and representing only creditors in collections matters, including various insurance companies in subrogation matters, throughout the entire state of Colorado.
Mr. Plock has previously served as the Larimer County Bar Association's Legal Aid Committee chairperson. In other community activities, he has served as a team manager for two Fort Collins Soccer Club Arsenal teams, as well as serving on the Fort Collins Soccer Club's Tournament Committee.
Mr. Plock has two children, a daughter who is attending the University of South Carolina and a son who is in high school.
He is an avid reader of science fiction and American history, bicyclist, fly fisherman and enjoys sports of all kinds.
